The preparation of this notice was done in accordance with the following regulations:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”); Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Info Act”); Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications. Recording of IP Addresses
An IP (“Internet Protocol”) address is a unique numerical identifier that every device connected to the internet possesses. The IP address identifies the device you use for browsing and allows it to communicate with other devices. If a user (i.e., you) can be identified via the IP address (either solely based on the IP address or combined with other information), then the IP address may qualify as personal data.
Some cookies employed on the Data Controller’s website, if permitted via cookie settings, record the IP address of the device from which you visited the website, as this is necessary for their functioning. The IP address is recorded on the website by cookies used by Facebook, Google, and Adobe.
However, based on the IP addresses collected on the website, the Data Controller is not able to identify you, does not keep records of IP addresses, and cannot perform targeted searches for specific IP addresses. Consequently, your IP address does not render you identifiable by the Data Controller.

Data Subject Rights
Under applicable laws, considering the specifics and legal basis of data processing related to cookies, you have the following rights concerning the processing of your personal data. This section provides a general overview of your rights, followed by details on how to exercise each right.
You are entitled to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and seek judicial remedies.
Please note that the exercise of these rights may be affected by the technical features of data processing concerning cookies.
- A) Right of Access You may request information regarding the processing of your personal data, including the purpose of processing, recipients of the data, the storage period, your rights related to data processing, and information on any transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations.
When exercising the right of access, you are entitled to request a copy of the processed personal data. If the request is made electronically, the Data Controller will provide the requested information electronically (via email or as a PDF file) unless you specify otherwise. However, if your right of access adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others, the Data Controller may refuse or limit your request to the necessary and proportionate extent.
- B) Right to Rectification Upon your request, the Data Controller will rectify or complete your personal data (e.g., in case of data updates), provided that it is technically feasible. If there are doubts about the rectified data, the Data Controller may ask you to provide evidence, primarily in documentary form. After rectification, if the Data Controller has disclosed your personal data to others, it will promptly inform these recipients, unless it is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The Data Controller will provide you information upon request about these recipients.
- C) Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) If you request the erasure of one or all of your personal data, the Data Controller will delete them without undue delay if:
the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; the processing is based on legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or a third party, but you object to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; or the erasure of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation. If the Data Controller has disclosed the affected personal data to others, it will promptly inform these individuals unless it is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The Data Controller will provide you information upon request about these recipients.
Please note that the Data Controller is not always obliged to delete personal data, especially if the data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
- D) Right to Restriction of Processing You may request the restriction of processing concerning your personal data in the following cases:
if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the restriction applies for the period allowing the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; if the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead; if the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or if you have objected to processing – in this case, the restriction applies until it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override your legitimate grounds. Restriction of processing means that, except for storage, the Data Controller will not process the restricted personal data. If the Data Controller has disclosed the restricted personal data to others, it will promptly inform these individuals, unless it is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The Data Controller will provide you information upon request about these recipients.
- E) Right to Data Portability Regarding cookies processed based on your consent, you are entitled to receive your personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- F) Right to Lodge a Complaint, Right to Judicial Remedy If you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller violates applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR or the Info Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (“NAIH”).
