Q-Solutions Ltd.’s main profile includes business management, other management consulting, engineering activities, and technical consulting – in addition to providing warehousing and storage services.
As a result of the developments made possible by the GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.3-21-2022-01971 project, a new, modern warehouse hall equipped with renewable energy and associated office infrastructure has been built in Ebes. To reduce the company’s ecological footprint, a 61.6 kWp total capacity heat pump system ensures heating. Equipment facilitating warehousing and material handling, as well as devices supporting office information technology development necessary for the building’s operation, have been acquired.
Q-Solutions Ltd.’s employees participated in a soft skills training to further the company’s development and enhance employees’ work performance. Additionally, they utilized on-site consulting aimed at optimizing organizational structure and activities/processes.
The goal of the development: To create a modern warehouse suitable for warehousing activities, which supports the realization of the company’s forward-looking plans.
Infrastructural and real estate investment: a free-standing hall of 26.68 m x 15.87 m (413.12 m2 built-up area), ground floor + first floor, pillar frame, high roof construction, 7.27 m high, total useful floor area of 513.57 m2, with a total floor area of 513.57 m2, was constructed on the property 424/19, Bartók Béla u. 36, 4211 Ebes, according to the architectural and technical documentation.
This development project includes the following elements:
